Spring has sprung! The school holidays are almost upon us and now is the ideal time to book those all-important activities for your little Easter bunnies! Alive Outside Activity Camps run throughout the Easter and Summer holidays and promise to unplug your children from their screens and devices while promoting a healthy, active and fun lifestyle, set in the stunning grounds of Killruddery in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The activity centre is also home to RTE’s hugely popular show ‘Ireland’s Fittest Family’.
The camps are for ages 7 – 13 years and activities include archery, bushcraft, kayaking, splashdown slide, mountain adventure, low ropes zone, water jump and arts & crafts. Alive Outside also run a camp for teenagers 12 – 15 years in June.
Their expert team of professionals are passionate about sport and the importance of outdoor activity for all. They aim to encourage an appreciation of our natural surroundings, teaching the importance of fitness and healthy activity in a time of virtual reality, digital technology and social media.
