Ski Club of Ireland launch 4-day Halloween Camp, TY Courses linked to Gaisce and a new Sunday Marmot Kids Club for young skiers aged 4-8

The Ski Club of Ireland opened its slopes on Monday October 5th last.  The Club has made huge investments to ensure that skiers can ski safely, under current Covid restrictions.    www.skiclub.ie

Latest News from the Ski Club of Ireland, Kilternan, Co.Dublin!

 

We have a 4-day HALLOWEEN CAMP over the midterm break from Tuesday October 27th until Friday October 30th 10am until12am. It is for kids aged 8 years to 16 years.  All levels of skier catered for, a Ski Off will be necessary for non-beginners. Course finishes on the Friday with a Fun Race.

 

Cost: €160 for non-members €80 for members.

 

The slope will also be open for parents, who can ski, to practice at the same time.

We have introduced a number of fun TY courses for pupils in Senior Level Transition Year which also enables students to achieve the excellent GAISCE Award. 

 

For Under Tens

We are sadly unable to run Sunday Kinder classes for the foreseeable future as social distancing is not possible with our young beginners - BUT instead we have launched a new Sunday MARMOT KIDS CLUB for children aged 4-8 who can ski the main slope confidently.
