Every year, thousands of people sign up to HELL & BACK, Ireland’s toughest physical and mental challenge set in the stunning grounds of Killruddery in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Whether it’s to push past personal limits, build confidence or take on something completely outside their comfort zone, their motivation often goes far beyond fitness.
MindBridge Medical has now been announced as a Gold Level Partner of HELL & BACK taking place on Saturday 6th June 2026, bringing a timely focus to the wider conversation around mental wellbeing and the importance of accessible support.
Founded in 2025, MindBridge Medical was established to address the growing challenges people face when trying to access mental health care in Ireland. With long waiting lists and geographical barriers, many are left without the support they need. Through a secure online platform, MindBridge Medical provides direct access to consultant psychiatrists making it easier for adults and young people to receive expert support. Services range from general psychiatric and ADHD assessments to psychological support and addiction counselling with ongoing follow-up care and prescription management.
Commenting on the brand new partnership, Dr. Shaeraine Raaj, Consultant Psychiatrist and Founder of MindBridge Medical says “We know that many people turn to challenges like HELL & BACK to test their physical and mental limits, challenge themselves and achieve personal goals. MindBridge Medical provides comprehensive ADHD psychiatric and psychological assessments, personalised treatment plans, ongoing medication management and therapy all delivered by consultant psychiatrists registered with the Irish Medical Council and affiliated with leading professional bodies in Ireland and the UK. The service also works closely with patient’s local healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
HELL & BACK returns for its biggest weekend yet with limited spaces available for Adult 8km & 13km, Family 8km and Teen 8km events taking place on Saturday 6th June followed by the HELL & BACK Junior Splash Attack on Sunday 7th June.
