HELL & BACK @ Midsummer 5KM

Following the success of their sold-out Hell & Back main event on the 10th of June, organisers would like to invite you to take part in their brand new Midsummer evening event on Thursday 29th June.

Join us at HELL & BACK @ Midsummer for a fun and challenging 5KM course, followed by food and music! This is the perfect event for those of you who want to experience the excitement of Hell & Back at a more relaxed pace. The beauty of HELL & BACK @ Midsummer is you can set your own pace, so you can take your time and enjoy the views on one of the longest evenings of the year! Grab a group of friends, work colleagues or teammates for a fun, outdoor adventure with start times from 6.30pm.

On the 29th June, the spectacular grounds of Killruddery Estate will be converted into an adventure playground, specifically designed and created by award-winning outdoor specialists to push participants physical and mental boundaries to the limit. Participants (or more aptly HellRaisers!) must complete a 5km trail route, crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps. To survive the course, you must conquer all the elements thrown at you, whether that is the gruelling natural environment or Hell & Back’s infamous man-made obstacles including Hell on Earth, Tyre Zone and Heartbreak Ridge. The hugely-popular Splash Zone is also on the route so prepare for the Water Jump, Splashdown Slide and, new for 2023, Pontoon Mania!

?

Exclusive Neck Scarf for all participants! Set your own pace - this is not an instructor-led event!

HELL & BACK is organised by Irish outdoor adventure company, Alive Outside, in the beautiful, natural surroundings of Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co.
