Looking for an excuse to wear your wedding dress again? Reckon you can still fit into that bridesmaid gown after all this time? Maybe you’ve never been down the aisle and fancy the chance to dress up. Well this is the perfect event for you! In aid of Aoibheann’s Pink Tie and hosted by The Wedding P.A. this will be a night of food, fun and frolics not to be missed.

Bridal wear, Formal wear and Evening Wear with Pink Accessories for all is essential. Guests will be greeted by a traditional Irish band on arrival with canapés and prosecco reception compliments of ‘Art of Bubbles’ adding a real fizz to the night.  The reception will be followed by a decadent 4 course dinner with a choice of wine, while those with a sweet tooth can avail of the ice cream bike and donut wall kindly sponsored by The Beanery and SAS Candy Cart Hire.

A full night of entertainment is on the cards with the magnificent Sea of Change Choir kicking it all off. As seen on Ireland’s got Talent, the ladies choir is made up of survivors of cancer and their supporters. One of Ireland’s most sought after wedding bands, Long Time Coming, will get you hopping around the dance floor in no time at all! And DJ Damien Coyne of So Fresh Entertainment will round off the nights music and keep you bopping till the wee hours. And if all that wasn’t enough, try your luck at the Best Dressed Competitions and raffle with marvellous prizes to be won!

Everyone loves a good Irish wedding. Well this is a wedding with a difference...no one is getting hitched! So dig out your glad rags, walk down the pink carpet and join us for a night of matrimonial merriment, all for a brilliant cause!

This is an over 18’s event with all profits going to Aoibheann’s Pink Tie – open to men and women.

The Aoibheann’s Pink Tie Lighthouse Project will be a vital service, giving families from every part of Ireland who have a child receiving vital cancer treatment in Hospital, clean, safe, purpose-built accommodation for the period of their child’s cancer treatment.

This is the culmination of 10 years of fund-raising with Aoibheann’s Pink Tie – which started after the death of Jimmy Norman’s daughter Aoibheann. That fund-raising has resulted in the purchase of a House – Aoibheann’s Lighthouse – in Drimnagh Dublin, funds for which were boosted considerably with the continuing proceeds of Strip and Dip – a huge fundraising initiative by Deirdre Featherstone, herself a cancer survivor.

The fundraising continues, as this house nears completion, with much needed funds required to have the house ready for the parents of children attending St. John’s Ward, Crumlin Hospital. Trades people and suppliers from all over Ireland, including Woodies, have been donating time, services and product to this project to get it up and running as soon as possible.

The proceeds from the inaugural annual nationwide fundraising initiative by the N.R.F.A. (National Retained Firefighters Association of Ireland) will also be contributing to the completion of this first house scheduled for November 2019.

The Wedding P.A. was set up by Angela Cain, an expert in wedding planning and provides an individually tailored service, exclusively designed for couples on their wedding day. Sit back, relax and enjoy the day with your guests without any stress or worry. The Wedding PA is for couples who have planned everything themselves, but require their own Personal Assistant, Angela,  to make sure the day runs to plan, and to take care of their every personal need, and look after everything for them.

If you have watched ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ film, you will know just how much Andy does for her boss! Think of Angela as your ‘Andy’ on your wedding day. Be a Guest at your Own Wedding!
