Cruise Holidays are on the Rise!

According to a recent report released by CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), UK and Irish holidaymakers took a record-breaking 2.3 million cruise holidays last year with 58,000 of these being Irish cruisers. This marks a substantial increase from 1.7 million and 54,000 in 2022, respectively, reflecting 7.4% in growth. The report also revealed strong future demand. 82% of current cruisers plan to sail again and 71% of non-cruisers are considering it. With over 300 ships set to sail this year, overall capacity is expected to increase by 3.6%.
