A survey by Mental Health First Aid Ireland surveyed 1,200 workers between May and June 2020 and found that while many loved the autonomy and freedom of working from home, their health had been negatively impacted. 40% of respondents reported exercising less, with 40% reporting poor wellbeing and frequently feeling isolated working at home (33%). *
